Thanksgiving feastin’

Mimosas and bloody marys, cheeseboard with Brie, Roquefort, and Manchego with homemade fig and balsamic preserves, creamy roasted garlic hummus, marinated olives, Maitland Mountain Farm spicy pickles and crudite.

Brining the turkey with kosher salt, baking soda and pancetta. Supah juicy!
Roasted turkey; butternut squash with caramelized onions, pecans, and apples; cranberry sauce with dates and balsamic; stuffing with chestnuts, prunes, and pancetta; green beans; sautéd kale; brussel sprouts cooked in bacon; mixed potato and rutabaga mash; pohu mushroom gravy. And wine. And I couldn’t move.
